These frameworks and marks represent a unique, scientific fusion of Cosmic Numerology, Vaastu, and academic strategy developed over 45+ years of professional research and practice.

7.2 Limited Use & Non-Disclosure:
Enrolment in any evaluation, workshop, or 1-to-1 session under the Top Ranks in Elite Exams™ banner grants the User a single-use, non-exclusive, non-transferable license strictly for personal academic development only. This does not grant the User any right or license to:

• Reproduce, copy, modify, or teach the Top Ranks in Elite Exams™ methodology to any third party
• Record sessions, materials, or proprietary explanations without written permission
• Use the ESTS™ diagnostic protocols for commercial, institutional, or consulting purposes
• Distribute, share, publish, or circulate proprietary charts, reports, alignment tools, or recommendations provided during sessions

7.3 Reverse Engineering Prohibited:
Any attempt to reverse engineer, decode, replicate, imitate, adapt, or create derivative works based on the Top Ranks in Elite Exams™ curriculum, ESTS™ framework, or related diagnostic systems for commercial or professional gain shall constitute a material breach of these Terms. Such violations may result in immediate termination of services and legal action under the Trademark Act, 1999 and the Copyright Act, 1957 of India.

7.4 Research & Trade Secret Protection:

All methodologies, proprietary formulas, evaluation logic, alignment techniques, and diagnostic tools used within the ESTS™ framework are protected as trade secrets and remain the sole intellectual property of the Chief Architect, Soobhash Garg.
