Refund Policy

At Astro Vastu Times, we are committed to offering high-quality services rooted in ancient Vedic wisdom. Since our consultations and reports are personalized and time-based, we have a transparent and fair refund policy as outlined below.

1. No Refund on Completed Services

All astrology, numerology, Vaastu consultations, and personalized reports are created or delivered based on your individual data. Once a service has been rendered or a report has been generated, no refund will be issued under any circumstances.

2. Eligible Cases for Partial or Full Refund

A refund may be considered only in the following exceptional situations:

Technical error: You made a duplicate payment or were charged multiple times due to a system glitch.
Booking issue: You booked a consultation but we are unable to deliver the service within a reasonable time and no alternative is provided.
Incorrect service delivery: You received the wrong service due to a system or staff error (with valid proof).

Refunds in such cases will be issued after internal verification and approval.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us within 48 hours of the transaction:

All refund requests will be reviewed by our team, and you will be notified of the decision within 7 business days.

4. Mode of Refund

If approved, refunds will be processed to the original method of payment (bank/card/wallet) and may take 7–10 business days depending on your bank’s policies.

5. Cancellation Policy

Live Consultations can be rescheduled once with 24 hours’ notice.
Missed or last-minute cancellations (less than 6 hours before the session) are non-refundable.
